Fallen Tribes

Description

A simultaneous movement turn based strategy game that focuses on ship maneuver, weapon firing arcs, subsystems management, and boarding parties. Your ship comprises of multiple subsystems including weapons, engines, shields, and more. Utilize precision in each attack run, and guide your ships to victory all while avoiding bumping into things.

Story

The human race has splintered into post-human alien and machine hybrids in the distant future. Faster-than-light travel has been prohibited by alien powers beyond comprehension. The human refuges settle within the Thallian Nebula, a place where stellar distances are less than a light year apart. In order to survive, various factions of humans and friendly aliens are constantly in hiding and fighting a guerilla war against the local star cluster super power called the Karisens.

• Lots of starship factions all with unique abilities,
• Challenging AI that will constantly try to out maneuver and out gun you.
• Varying levels that will challenge your navigation and fleet management skills. Take the battle through dangerous asteroid fields or inside cramped quarters of gigantic starbases.
• A one of a kind boarding party system. Invade and capture enemy ships, sell them for cash, customize them into your own, or use them as battering rams!
• A deep rich story about various factions in the universe trying to survive in a hostile and indifferent galactic empire.

When can I play the full game?

Release date is TBD, the game development is ongoing. As of right now a small 5 mission demo highlighting the game's mechanics is being finalized for an upcoming public demo at 2D Con!
